A Structured Weekly Service

We plan, source, prepare, and reset.

Limited weekly availability. Time slots reserved.

Built for Consistency

This service operates on a fixed weekly schedule — delivering consistent execution, quality, and efficiency. The process does not change week to week. The people do not change. The standard does not change.

Designed for clients who value structure, reliability, and long-term consistency over novelty or variation.

This service is for clients who —

Value their time

Meal planning, sourcing, and cleanup consume hours each week. This service removes that entirely from your schedule.

Require consistency

Nutrition, routine, and household function depend on reliable execution — not effort that varies week to week.

Prefer structure

A fixed schedule, confirmed in advance, performed consistently. Not a service you manage. A system you rely on.

Cook intentionally

Dietary parameters, ingredient preferences, and portion requirements are documented and applied every week.

Think long-term

The service improves over time. Familiarity with your kitchen, preferences, and routine increases efficiency each visit.

Want it done right

Professional-grade execution, every time. Not meal kit convenience. Not takeout inconsistency.

How Each Visit Runs

01

Planning

Meals are structured around your stated preferences, dietary parameters, and schedule. The plan is confirmed in advance of each visit. No last-minute decisions.

02

Sourcing

All ingredients are sourced based on the confirmed plan. Grocery costs are billed at cost, separate from the service fee. Sourcing is completed before arrival.

03

Preparation

Your assigned chef prepares all meals during a single in-home visit, using your kitchen equipment and facilities.

04

Reset

All meals are portioned, labeled with contents and date, and stored. The kitchen is cleaned and reset to its original state before the chef departs.

Fixed Schedule.
No Exceptions.

Service operates on a confirmed weekly time slot — the same day and time each week. This structure is not flexible by default. Consistency in scheduling is foundational to how the service functions.

When operationally possible, the same chef is assigned to each visit. This reduces execution variability and shortens visit time as familiarity with your kitchen and preferences builds over successive weeks.

Scheduling changes require advance notice and are accommodated based on available capacity. Availability is limited. Time slots are reserved at the point of engagement.

Limited weekly availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to common questions about how the service is structured, how visits work, and what to expect.

01
Getting Started

How does the consultation work?

We begin with a short call to understand your preferences, dietary parameters, schedule, and routine. From that conversation, we outline a weekly service plan. There is no commitment at the consultation stage.

How do I know if there is availability in my area?

We operate within a defined service radius of central Austin and Dallas. Availability is limited and confirmed at the point of inquiry. Submit a service request and we will confirm scheduling options based on your location and current capacity.

How quickly can service begin?

Following consultation and scheduling confirmation, service typically begins within one to two weeks. The first visit may take longer than subsequent visits as we establish your routine and preferences.

Is there a minimum service commitment?

Service is structured as a recurring weekly engagement. Minimum commitment terms are discussed during consultation and confirmed in writing at the time of scheduling.

02
The Visit

What does a typical visit include?

Each visit includes grocery sourcing prior to arrival, in-home meal preparation, portioning, labeling, storage, and a full kitchen reset — all executed during your reserved weekly time slot.

How long does a visit take?

Visit duration depends on the meal plan confirmed for that week. As the service continues, efficiency generally improves as the chef becomes familiar with your kitchen and preferences.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

You do not need to be present. Access to your home must be arranged in advance. Entry and exit protocols are established at the start of service.

Is the same chef assigned each week?

We assign the same chef whenever operationally possible. Consistency in personnel is a structural priority, not a guarantee. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.

03
Groceries & Meals

Do you provide groceries?

We handle all grocery sourcing based on your confirmed meal plan. Grocery costs are passed through at cost and billed separately from the service fee. We do not mark up grocery purchases.

Can I specify dietary restrictions or preferences?

Yes. Dietary parameters — including restrictions, allergies, preferences, and ingredients to avoid — are documented during consultation and applied to every meal plan.

How are meals stored?

All meals are portioned, labeled with contents and preparation date, and stored in your refrigerator or freezer as appropriate. Storage organization is consistent week to week.

Can I request specific dishes each week?

Meal preferences and requests are accepted in advance as part of the planning process. Requests submitted after the sourcing window closes will be applied to the following week's plan.

What areas do you serve?

We operate within a defined service radius of central Austin and Dallas. Availability is confirmed during consultation based on your location and current scheduling capacity.

04
Pricing & Scheduling

How is pricing structured?

Service is priced by weekly meal volume — $350 for 3 menu items (12 servings), $450 for 4 menu items (16 servings), or $595 for 6 menu items (24 servings). Grocery costs are billed separately at cost following each visit.

Which tier is right for my household?

The right tier depends on your household size, how many meals you want covered each week, and your routine. This is discussed and confirmed during the consultation call.

What if I need to skip a week?

Scheduling changes require advance notice. Specific notice requirements are outlined at the time of engagement. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments within existing capacity constraints.

Can I pause or cancel service?

Pause and cancellation terms are established at the start of service and confirmed in writing prior to your first visit.

What if my schedule changes permanently?

Permanent schedule changes are handled based on available time slot capacity. If your preferred new time slot is unavailable, we will work with you to identify an alternative.

The Standard

Provision Standard was built around one premise: that weekly meal preparation should function as a reliable system, not a variable service that requires management.

Why This Exists

Provision Standard exists because weekly nutrition is too important to manage inconsistently — and too time-consuming to manage well.

This service is designed to function as infrastructure. Something you do not think about, manage, or adjust around. It shows up. It executes. It resets. Every week, the same way.

The model is simple: a small number of clients, a fixed weekly process, and a standard that does not change based on demand or circumstance.

Operating Principles

Fixed Schedule

Service is delivered on a confirmed weekly time slot. Predictability is not a feature — it is the product. The schedule does not move by default.

System-Driven

Every visit follows the same four-step process. The sequence does not change. Reliability comes from repeating a structured process, not improvising around it.

Long-Term Clients

This service improves the longer it runs. Familiarity with your kitchen, preferences, and routine builds efficiency over time. It is not designed for occasional use.

How the Model Works

Capacity

Provision Standard operates with a deliberately small number of clients. Capacity is limited to maintain execution quality and chef consistency. We do not scale by reducing standards.

Availability

New clients are added when scheduling capacity allows. There is no waitlist guarantee, but inquiries are logged and followed up when a slot becomes available.

Pricing

Service is priced as a weekly recurring engagement at $350, $450, or $595 depending on meal volume. Grocery costs are billed separately at cost and do not change without advance notice.
